Consulting

What does a technology consultant do for a growing business?

A technology consultant helps you make better decisions about the platforms, data and processes your business runs on. At Launchpad that means understanding your goals, auditing your current tech stack, recommending the right tools and building a roadmap your team can follow.

What is a tech stack audit?

A tech stack audit is a review of every software platform your business pays for, how they connect and how well they are used. You get a clear map of overlaps, gaps and unused licenses, plus a plan to consolidate tools and reduce cost.

Can you help us choose between software vendors?

Yes. We gather your requirements, shortlist vendors, run side-by-side comparisons and demos, and review pricing and contracts so you choose the platform that fits your business rather than the one with the best sales pitch.

Do you offer fractional CTO or marketing technologist services?

Yes. We provide part-time senior technology leadership for companies that are not ready for a full-time hire, including monthly strategy sessions, vendor oversight and help hiring technical roles.

How do you build a digital transformation roadmap?

We start with your business goals, map current processes and systems, identify the highest-impact changes and sequence them into phases with clear owners, milestones and success metrics. Change management and team training are built into every phase.

Sales Tech & CRM

What is sales technology?

Sales technology is the set of tools a sales team uses to find, manage and close deals, including the CRM, sales automation, calling and meeting tools, proposal and e-signature software, and pipeline analytics. Connected well, it gives reps more selling time and leaders an accurate forecast.

Do you implement Salesforce and HubSpot?

Yes. We implement, migrate and clean up Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and other CRMs, configuring pipelines, properties, automation and permissions around how your team actually sells.

Can you fix a messy CRM?

Yes. We de-duplicate and clean your data, simplify pipeline stages and fields, rebuild automation and reporting, and train your team so the CRM becomes a system people trust instead of avoid.

How can AI help my sales team?

AI can research prospects, draft personalized emails, summarize calls, update CRM records and flag at-risk deals. We connect these capabilities to your CRM and sales process so reps spend more time selling.

Do you build sales dashboards and forecasts?

Yes. We build pipeline, conversion and revenue dashboards and forecast reports on clean CRM data, so leadership can see what is really happening and where deals stall.

How long does a CRM implementation take?

A focused CRM implementation for a small or mid-sized team typically takes four to eight weeks, including data migration and training. Larger or multi-team rollouts are planned in phases.

Operations, Automation & Martech

What is revenue operations (RevOps)?

Revenue operations aligns marketing, sales and customer success around one set of systems, data and processes. The result is cleaner handoffs, shared reporting and a clearer view of what drives revenue.

What business processes can you automate?

We automate repetitive work such as data entry, lead routing, approvals, invoicing handoffs, reporting and document processing, using integrations and AI while keeping people in the loop where judgement matters.

What is marketing technology (martech)?

Marketing technology is the software marketers use to attract, convert and measure customers, including websites, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, advertising and content tools. A well-integrated martech stack tracks every lead from first click to closed deal.

Can you integrate our marketing platforms with our CRM?

Yes. We connect marketing automation, website forms, advertising platforms and analytics to your CRM so lead and campaign data syncs automatically and attribution reporting is accurate.

Do you set up marketing attribution and analytics?

Yes. We implement analytics and conversion tracking, build attribution models and create dashboards that show which channels and campaigns actually generate pipeline and revenue.

Which marketing automation platforms do you work with?

We work with HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and other major platforms, and we recommend tools based on your needs rather than a single vendor.

Security & AI Readiness

What does AI-ready security mean?

It means preparing for attackers who use AI agents and for defenders who now have AI scanning. In practice: closing the exposures automated attackers find first, adding AI-assisted scanning and triage, securing your own AI tools and training your team for AI-generated phishing.

Can you run AI-powered vulnerability scanning on our code?

Yes. For Claude Enterprise customers we set up and run Claude Security, Anthropic’s scanner powered by its Mythos-class models, and for everyone we combine AI-assisted code review with established scanners, then verify and prioritize the findings.

How do you prioritize vulnerabilities?

We rank each verified finding by how exploitable it is, how exposed the affected system is and what an attacker could reach through it, then assign owners and work the list down in remediation sprints.

What is shifting left in security?

Catching security issues earlier: scanning code, dependencies, secrets and infrastructure in the pipeline and at the pull request, rather than after release.

How do you secure AI assistants and agents?

We threat-model the application, test for prompt injection and data leakage, limit each agent’s tools and data access, require approval for risky actions and log activity for review.

Are AI-powered botnets a real threat?

Research published in 2026 by Anthropic’s Frontier Red Team showed small open models running and replicating across cheap IoT hardware in controlled tests. The practical defense is the same hygiene that stopped earlier botnets: no default credentials, no exposed admin services, timely updates and segmented networks.

Our website runs on old software. Is that a security risk?

Usually, yes. End-of-life operating systems, PHP versions and plugins no longer receive security fixes, and automated scanners probe for them constantly. We assess, back up and then upgrade or rebuild on supported, hardened infrastructure.

Prototyping

What is a rapid prototype?

A rapid prototype is a working, clickable version of a product or workflow built quickly to test an idea with real users and real data before committing to a full build.

How long does a prototype take?

Most focused prototypes take days to a couple of weeks. Scope, data access and how many directions you want to compare are the biggest factors.

What is the difference between a prototype and an MVP?

A prototype answers a question, such as whether users understand a flow or whether an AI model performs well enough. A minimum viable product is the smallest version you can release and support. We often build the prototype first, then turn what works into the MVP.

Can you prototype an AI agent or assistant?

Yes. We prototype AI assistants and agents against your real documents and systems, measure how well they perform, and only recommend production once the results justify it.

Does the prototype become the final product?

Sometimes. Prototype code that proves out is often refactored into the production foundation; when speed shortcuts were taken, it becomes the blueprint instead. Either way, you own everything we build.

How much does a prototype cost?

Prototypes are scoped as a fixed-price engagement after a free consultation, so you know the cost before work begins. It is usually a small fraction of a full build and the cheapest way to de-risk one.

Software & Web Development

Do you build custom web applications?

Yes. We design and build custom web applications such as customer portals, dashboards, booking systems, internal tools and SaaS products, using proven modern frameworks chosen to fit your needs and budget.

Do you build WordPress websites?

Yes. We build fast, custom WordPress sites using native blocks and the Site Editor instead of heavy page builders, so pages load quickly and your team can edit everything without technical help.

Can you migrate my site away from a page builder like Elementor or Thrive?

Yes. We rebuild sites from page builders such as Elementor, Divi and Thrive Architect into lightweight native WordPress, preserving your content and redirecting old URLs so you keep your search rankings.

Will I own the code and the website you build?

Yes. You own all code, designs and content we create for you. We deliver documented source code and admin access, with no proprietary platforms or licenses that lock you in.

How long does it take to build a website?

A focused marketing website typically takes three to six weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger sites and web applications are scheduled in phases, and you receive a timeline with your proposal before work begins.

How fast will my new website be?

We design every site to pass Google’s Core Web Vitals, with optimized images, minimal JavaScript and self-hosted fonts. Most of our landing pages load in well under two seconds on a typical mobile connection.

Do you integrate with CRMs, payment systems and other tools?

Yes. We connect websites and applications to CRMs, payment processors, email platforms, scheduling tools and internal systems through APIs and webhooks so data flows automatically.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

Yes. We can host and maintain your site on Google Cloud, AWS or your preferred provider, including backups, monitoring, security updates and support. Ongoing care is optional, never required.

Is the website search-engine friendly?

Yes. Every site includes clean semantic markup, fast load times, structured data, XML sitemaps and redirects from old URLs, which give search engines and AI answer engines what they need to understand and rank your pages.

Enterprise AI Adoption

What does an AI consultant actually do?

An AI consultant identifies where artificial intelligence can save time or create revenue in your business, then designs and implements the tools and workflows to capture that value. At Launchpad that means assessment, prototyping, deployment and training.

How do I know where AI can help my business?

Start with an AI readiness assessment. We interview your team, map key workflows and score each opportunity by impact, effort and risk, so you get a prioritized roadmap instead of guesswork.

Can you build a custom AI assistant for my company?

Yes. We build assistants grounded in your own documents and systems, so they answer accurately about your products, policies and processes, and can take actions such as drafting replies, updating records or creating reports.

What business processes can AI automate?

Common examples include email and ticket triage, document summarization, proposal and report drafting, data entry, research, meeting notes and lead qualification. We keep people in the loop wherever judgement or approval matters.

Is AI safe to use with confidential business data?

It can be, when it is configured correctly. We help you choose business-grade AI services, set access controls and data retention, and write clear usage policies so confidential information is handled appropriately.

How much does AI implementation cost?

Costs depend on scope. Many clients start with a fixed-price assessment or pilot, then expand once results are proven. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed proposal after a free consultation.

How long before we see results from AI?

Most teams see measurable time savings within weeks of a focused pilot. We deliberately start with high-impact, low-risk use cases so you build confidence and momentum quickly.

Will AI replace my employees?

Our goal is to remove repetitive work so your people can focus on higher-value tasks. The most successful AI programs we implement augment existing teams rather than replace them.

Do you train teams to use AI effectively?

Yes. We run hands-on, role-specific workshops and provide prompt and workflow playbooks, followed by office hours and adoption tracking so new habits actually stick.

Which AI models and platforms do you work with?

We are vendor-neutral. We implement Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and open models, and recommend the right fit for each use case based on capability, security and cost.

Do you offer plug-and-play AI implementations?

Yes. We deliver ready-to-use rollouts with single sign-on, workspaces, prompt libraries, governance settings and training, so teams are productive from day one.

Can you deploy open-source AI models privately?

Yes. Where privacy or cost demands it, we deploy open models in your own cloud environment and connect them to your data and tools securely.

Claude, ChatGPT & Gemini

Do you implement ChatGPT Enterprise and Gemini as well as Claude?

Yes. We implement Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini for Google Workspace and Microsoft Copilot, and many organizations use more than one. We help you decide which tools fit which teams.

What is Claude Enterprise?

Claude Enterprise is Anthropic’s plan for organizations that want to use the Claude AI assistant at scale, with administrative controls, security features and integrations designed for business use.

What does a Claude Enterprise implementation include?

A Launchpad Technology Group implementation covers rollout planning, security and admin configuration, shared projects and knowledge setup, integrations with your tools, team training and ongoing optimization, so Claude delivers value from the first week.

Why hire a partner to implement Claude Enterprise?

Buying licenses is easy; getting consistent, secure value across an organization is harder. A partner speeds up configuration, avoids common security and adoption mistakes, and builds the projects, workflows and training that make people use it well.

How long does a Claude Enterprise rollout take?

A typical rollout runs four to eight weeks, starting with a pilot group and expanding department by department. Timelines depend on the size of your organization and the integrations you need.

Can Claude Enterprise connect to our existing tools?

Yes. Claude can be connected to many common business tools and to internal systems through connectors and custom integrations. We configure these with appropriate permissions so Claude works with real context securely.

Does Claude Enterprise support single sign-on?

Yes. Claude Enterprise supports single sign-on and centralized user management, which we configure to match your existing identity provider and access policies.

Is our data used to train Claude?

Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, business data from plans like Claude Enterprise is not used to train its models by default. We review the current policies with your team during planning so everyone understands how data is handled.

What is Claude Code and can you help us adopt it?

Claude Code is Anthropic’s agentic coding tool that helps developers write, review and change code from the terminal and IDE. We help engineering teams set it up, define safe workflows and train developers to use it productively.

What can teams use Claude for day to day?

Teams use Claude to draft and edit documents, analyze data and reports, summarize research and meetings, write and review code, prepare proposals and answer questions about internal knowledge. We tailor use cases and templates to each department.

How do we measure ROI from Claude Enterprise?

We define success metrics before launch, such as hours saved, turnaround time and output quality, then track adoption and outcomes during the pilot and after rollout so you can see the return clearly.

Do you offer training for Claude Enterprise users?

Yes. We provide live training for each team, an internal champions program, reusable prompt libraries and regular office hours so adoption continues to grow after launch.

Media & Marketing

Do you still offer video production?

Yes. Video production remains a core service, including commercials, brand films, product videos, event coverage, animation and motion graphics, from concept and scripting through final delivery.

Which brands have you created video and marketing for?

Our team has produced video and marketing campaigns for brands including Walmart, State Farm, Walgreens, Welch’s and LEGO, as well as universities, startups and local businesses.

Do you offer lead generation services?

Yes. We build landing pages, offers and paid media campaigns designed to attract qualified leads and deliver them straight into your CRM and sales process, with tracking on every step.

Can you set up marketing automation and CRM workflows?

Yes. We set up and clean up CRMs, build email nurture sequences and automate follow-up and lead scoring so prospects never fall through the cracks.

Do you do influencer marketing?

Yes. We plan and manage influencer partnerships, from creator selection and briefs to content approval and performance reporting.

How do you combine marketing with AI?

We use AI to speed up research, content drafts, personalization and reporting, while our team keeps creative direction and quality control. The result is more output and better targeting without losing your brand voice.

Do you offer graphic design and branding?

Yes. We create brand identities, campaign graphics, social content and presentation design that keep your brand consistent across every channel.

Process & Pricing

How does a project with Launchpad work?

Every project follows three steps: a free consultation to understand your goals, a blueprint with a precise scope, timeline and fixed proposal, and a launch phase where we build, ship and train your team.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on scope, so we quote every engagement as a fixed proposal after a free consultation. You know exactly what you are getting and what it costs before any work begins.

Do you require long-term contracts or retainers?

No. Most engagements are fixed-scope projects. Ongoing support and retainers are available if you want them, but they are never required.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. It is a working conversation about your goals and constraints, not a sales pitch.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We reply to every inquiry within one business day, usually sooner.

Who will I work with on my project?

You work directly with senior team members who plan and deliver the work. There are no hand-offs to junior account managers.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We often collaborate with in-house marketing, IT and engineering teams, filling specific gaps or leading a project while your team learns alongside us.

Ownership & Support

What happens after my project launches?

You receive documentation, training and full access to everything we built. Optional support plans are available for maintenance, improvements and new features.

Can I edit my website myself?

Yes. Our WordPress sites use the native Site Editor, so you can change text, images and layouts visually without code and without a page-builder subscription.

What if I want to move my site to another developer or host later?

You can. Because you own the code and we avoid proprietary tools, any qualified developer or host can take over, and we provide documentation to make the hand-off smooth.

Do you offer ongoing AI support after implementation?

Yes. We offer quarterly reviews, new use-case development, training for new hires and help adopting new Claude features as they are released.

How do I contact Launchpad Technology Group?

Use the contact form on our website to tell us about your project. A senior team member will reply personally within one business day.
